This is a sport well known in Europe but just getting started in the U.S. Using the same sails, two women were assisted in crossing Antarctica. With a few lessons you'll be sailing over the flats of lakes and muskegs in no time. The sails work well with Nordic or Alpine skis, but Nordic style skiing allows you to venture farther and tour. We have different types of activities using the sails to let you experience the fun of this new and exciting sport.
The Price of Winter Fun...
Ski sailing lessons are $40. The use of the sails during your stay is part of your trip (no rental fees), any trip that brings you to HiLine Lake.
