Are you wondering what kind of food is served in the Bush? You aren't allergic to Spam are you? But, seriously, our in-camp meals as well as trail meals are top of the line. We use very fine main courses and prepare dishes from some of the best Alaskan cookbooks including The Riversong Lodge Cookbook and others. Our salmon dishes are unique and very tasty.

You and your group will enjoy the trekking meals as much as the in-camp meals. The meals on the trail are only prepared during our winter camp trekking trips and will amaze your taste buds. Our hiking trail lunches are usually sandwiches and chips with a drink.

All meals are provided should you elect so or you can prepare your own in your cabin. Each cabin is fully equipped for you down to the spices. You can even bake, should you care to, but you may be a bit busy enjoying the great outdoors. In that case, let us provide a very fine meal 3 times a day as well as snacks. Drinks are always available during the day.
