HiLine Lake Wilderness Camp can accommodate 12 guests at a time and in addition to custom packages, we offer 2 through 7 day stays. We also offer overnight winter trail treks.

If you don't see a trip or time frame that meets your needs, please call us and we'll be glad to work up a custom trip. All trips include round trip airfare from Anchorage to HiLine Lake via an air taxi charter.

Hitaluga's Float Fishing the Tal:

Fly out and spend 3 days and 2 nights or 5 days, 4 nights on a guided float/base fishing trip on the Talachulitna River, one of Alaska's pristine rivers. Fish for all 5 spieces of Salmon plus Rainbows and Grayling. This package includes your flight to/from the Bush, all gear**, meals and guides. Does not include fishing license or King stamp.

Hitaluga's Heli-Hiking Beluga Mtn.:

Fly out and spend 2 days and 2 nights. One night in our camp and the next 2 days and one night hiking the rounded back of Beluga Mountain. This package includes your flight to/from the Bush, the helicopter flights, all gear, meals and guide.

You and your family or group will fly out and spend either 5 or 7 days and either 5 or 7 nights at the camp with complete activities; i.e., guided day hikes, canoeing, wilderness skill and craft sessions, wildlife viewing as well as traditional camp events. This package includes your Bush flight, cabin, meals, guides/instructors and all activity gear/material. Each family or group is assigned a counselor for the entire stay. A 7 Day Youth Summer Camp Package:

You'll fly out and spend 7 days and 7 nights at the camp with complete activities; i.e., guided day hikes, canoeing, wilderness skill and craft sessions, wildlife viewing as well as traditional camp events. This package includes your Bush flight, cabin, meals, guides/instructors and all activity gear/material. Each cabin (group of 4) is assigned a counselor for the entire stay. Hitaluga's Iditarod Winter Skiing Trek:

Fly out and spend 7 days and 7 nights traveling to/from the Iditarod checkpiont at Skwentna. You and your friends will enjoy some of Alaska's most pristine wilderness up close while witnessing the mushers of the "Last Great Race" come through the chekpoint as well as trying your hand at dog mushing. This trip includes your flight to/from the Bush, lodging at HiLine Lake and at the Skwentna Roadhouse, dog mushing, all gear (except skis), meals and guides.

Fly out and spend 7 days and 7 nights traveling to/from the remote village of Skwentna. You and your friends will enjoy some of Alaska's most pristine wilderness up close while trying your hand at dog mushing and skiing the Bush. These trips include your flight to/from the Bush, lodging at HiLine Lake and at the Skwentna Roadhouse, dog mushing, all gear (except skis), meals and guides.

A 5 Day Youth Winter Camp Package:

You'll fly out and spend 5 days and 5 nights at the camp with complete activities; i.e., ski sailing, XC skiing, wilderness skills, winter camping. This package includes your Bush flight, cabin, meals, guides/instructors and all activity gear/material (except skis). Ages are from 10-16. Limited attendance, book early. 2, 3 or 4 Day Winter Package:

Fly out in a ski plane and spend your days skiing, ski sailing or snowshoeing the unlimited and untouched sub-alpine landscape of HiLine Lake and your nights enjoying the sounds of the Alaskan wilderness while trying to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights. This package includes your Bush flight in and out, your cabin, meals, all activites and guides.

Typical Snowshoeing Trip Prices...

Don't ski? Ski but want a different trip? This winter join us for a snowshoeing trek! We snowshoe trek on daily outtings as well as overnight treks. Take your pick or do both. A weekend or week long trip is just what you need to get out of the house and on the trail. Within 15 minutes you'll be shuffling over the white stuff like a pro.

This package includes your Bush flight, cabin, meals, guides/instructors and all activity gear/material. Each family or group is assigned a counselor for the entire stay. We do offer winter trekking trips that allow you to enjoy the wilderness while we break trail and provide the camps along the trail. As a guided package, we provide an all inclusive trip for you and your guests. With an Alaskan style Sherpa winter trek, you're sure to enjoy the wonders of Nature's pristine beauty.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: Some selected dates may book quickly so booking your time with us as early as possible is always helpful. Reservations are recommended but not required. We will hold your reservation for 15 days but we must receive a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation by the end of the 15 days. After 15 days we cannot guarantee your requested dates. After receiving your registration, we will contact you confirming the availability of your requested date and "pencil" you in. After receiving your deposit we will confirm your reservation and you'll be sent an email containing your itinerary, helpful hints on travel and things to bring, and various other information. For all camps the balance is due upon arrival. For trips and some primetime dates the balance is due 30 days prior to the trip/camp. Please check with us.
